TalloPharm is a pharmacist-formulated skincare brand based in Texas. Our products are made in small batches using high-quality, carefully selected ingredients. We are not a medical provider, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. TalloPharm products are intended for personal use only.

3. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to display product information, ingredients, and images as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Because our products are small-batch and handcrafted, minor variations between batches are normal and do not affect quality or performance.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify's payment platform. We do not store your payment information.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at hello@tallopharm.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method. 7. Returns & Refunds

Our full ingredient list is available on every product page. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients carefully before purchasing. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. TalloPharm is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.
