Formulation precision in every bottle

Transparency is non-negotiable.

You have the right to know exactly what's in your skincare products. No hidden blends. No fillers. No excuses. If we use it, it's on the label.

Formulated like a prescription.

The same precision and discipline that makes compounding formulations work - temperature, sequence, particle size, pH - goes into every TalloPharm batch.

Welcome to TalloPharm. Pharmacist-formulated. Ingredient‑pure. Small-batch.

Your skin deserves pharmacist-grade care.

Not marketing-grade promises.

TalloPharm was founded by two licensed pharmacists with a combined 40+ years of clinical experience — and one urgent, personal reason to get skincare right. Every formula we make is held to the same exacting standard we applied to compounding prescriptions. No shortcuts. No fillers. No ingredient we wouldn't recommend to our own patients.

TalloPharm Eye Cream

The skin around your eyes is the thinnest on the body, and the first to signal that your skincare isn't working.

Our Eye Cream was formulated with that in mind. Built on a base of grass-fed beef tallow and layered with a precise, pharmacist-selected combination of active ingredients, it addresses the delicate eye area the way it deserves with clinical intention, full ingredient transparency, and nothing that doesn't belong.

No synthetic fillers. No hidden fragrance. Just bioavailable nourishment your skin can actually use.

Niacinamide

Helps to brightens dark circles, smooths fine lines, and strengthens the delicate skin barrier.

Hyaluronic Acid

A powerful humectant, drawing and retaining moisture in the delicate under-eye area. This hydration instantly plumps the skin to smooth out dehydration lines, soothes dryness, and revives dullness.

Rosehip Oil & Hempseed Oil

These two botanical oils provide deep hydration, antioxidant protection, and anti-aging support without the irritation caused by synthetic preservatives, perfect for thinnest skin on the face.

Aloe Vera

A high polysaccharide content delivers deep moisture, plumping the skin to minimize the look of fine lines.

Why Pharmacists Make Better Skincare Products

  • Heat is the enemy of potency

Temperature Control

Essential oils are added only below 120°F, above that, the volatile compounds that give them their beneficial properties simply evaporate off. You're left with fragrance and nothing more.

Honey is incorporated below 104°F, exceed that, and the natural enzymes are destroyed. It becomes sugar water in a jar.

Vitamin E and heat-sensitive antioxidants are added last, at the lowest safe temperature, because oxidation protection works best when the antioxidant itself hasn't been oxidized.

Your skin deserves the full benefit. Not what survives the process.

  • Batch tested. pH verified. Every single time.

The Number Your Skin Lives By

At TalloPharm, every batch is pH tested before it leaves production. Not because it's required. Because it's right.

When we incorporate botanicals and active ingredients, we verify that nothing shifts the formulation outside of the optimal range your skin actually functions in.

An incompatible ingredient pairing doesn't just reduce efficacy, it can actively irritate the skin it was meant to support.

This is pharmaceutical-grade thinking applied to skincare.

  • This is formulation science.

Size Matters

Molecule size determines absorption.

Large particles sit on the surface of the skin. Small particles / droplets penetrate the skin barrier and deliver nutrients where they're actually needed.

At TalloPharm, we use high shear mixing, the same technology used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, to reduce particle size within our formulations.

This creates a smoother, more uniform product ensuring the formulation integrates with your skin at a molecular level, not just on the surface.

  • Some ingredients cancel each other out. Your pharmacist knows this. Does your skincare brand?

Ingredient Compatibility

Ingredient interactions happen in skincare when you combine the wrong botanicals, active extracts, or pH-sensitive compounds and you don't get the benefits of both. You may get the benefits of neither - or worse, an irritant.

This is one of the most overlooked problems in the natural skincare market. Brands formulate by trend, not by chemistry.
At TalloPharm, we review every ingredient pairing with a clinical lens and a conservative standard.

Simple ingredients. Complex thinking. That's what pharmacist-formulated actually means.
